- 1 tbsp milk of choice
- 1/8 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp granulated sugar
For the Coffee Base
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tsp granulated sugar
- 1 tbsp warm water
For the Iced Latte
- 1 tbsp Lotus Biscoff cookie butter
- 1 cup milk of choice
- Ice cubes
- 1 tsp Biscoff coffee crumbs (for topping)
Vanilla Sweet Cream BaseIn a glass, layer a dollop of whipped cream.Add 1 tablespoon of your chosen milk.Stir in 1/8 teaspoon of vanilla extract and 1/2 teaspoon of granulated sugar.Use a hand mixer to thoroughly combine and create a sweet cream foam. Set this glass aside. Instant Coffee ConcentrateIn a separate glass, add 1 spoon of instant coffee.Add 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar.Pour in 1 tablespoon of warm water.Use a hand mixer to beat until a concentrated coffee mixture is formed. Set this glass aside. Assembling the LatteIn a new, larger glass, add 1 tablespoon of Lotus Biscoff cookie butter.Pour in 1 cup of your chosen milk.Use a hand mixer to froth the milk until it's light and foamy.Add ice to fill the glass.Carefully pour the instant coffee concentrate from the glass you set aside over the ice.Top the latte with the vanilla sweet cream foam you prepared earlier.
